TEDOM Awarded in the HSBC International Business Awards Competition

TEDOM achieved first place in the HSBC International Business Awards competition in the International Innovation category, which is intended for companies that accomplish a  turnover beyond 1.5 billion Czech Crowns.

TEDOM was given this award for its successful insertion into the United States market where it established a joint venture with Tecogen, a local leading manufacturer in the field of smaller-sized cogeneration. The joint venture was aimed at selling the TEDOM CHP units in the U.S. The result of the endeavor was the creation of TTcogen, company with its headquarters in Massachusetts in which TEDOM holds a corporate stake of 50%.
HSBC International Business Awards is a competition focused on the support of dynamic Czech companies which choose to undertake venturing into foreign markets, and the prize’s ultimate purpose is to reinforce these companies in the area of export. The celebration gala evening with the awards ceremony took place on November 10, 2016, in the Congress Hall of the Czech National Bank. The evening was hosted by Mr. Jakub Železný.
